FAQ – Your Questions Answered

Premier Waste Disposal FAQ

The most frequently asked questions are listed here.  If you do not find the answer to your question, please do not hesitate to contact us.  You can call us on 07538 499 382 or use the email contact form.

1. How do I book your service?

Call or text us on 07538 499 382, or send us an email.  We will get back to you promptly.

2. Do I need to leave my bulky items on the roadside?

Many council bulky item collection services require you to leave your items at the edge of your property.  While we prefer this method too, we understand that not everybody is capable of carrying their bulky items outside.  Please let us know when you book our service if you will require us to enter your property, and if an extra pair of hands are needed to lift your items.

3. How much does your service cost?

Our minimum charge is just £60.  Contact us for a no obligation, fixed fee quote.

4. Are you licenced to take my waste?

Yes, Premier Waste Disposal is a registered waste carrier and broker.  Our licence number is CB/BE5456QL, which you can confirm on the Environment Agency Public Register.

5. Do you offer a clean up service for tradesmen?

Not all tradesmen are licenced to carry waste and rubbish produced on a job.  We offer an after job clean up service for tradesmen such as builders, plumbers, electricians, plasterers, painters and decorators etc.  Please call us on 07538 499 382 to discuss your requirements.

6. How much notice do I need to give you to use your service?

We prefer that you give us as at least 24 hours notice when you book our collection service.  However, we realise that sometimes an emergency service is needed.  In these cases we can provide a same day service including evenings and weekends on request.

7. Do I need any permits?

Premier Waste Disposal is not a skip hire company, so a skip siting permit is not required.  In some areas, depending on the length of the job, a parking permit may be required.  Parking permits are not included in our standard costs.

8. How do I pay?

Premier Waste Disposal currently accept cash and cheques with a cheque guarentee card.

9. What happens to my waste?

We use only fully licenced waste transfer stations where your waste will be sorted and recycled where possible.

10. Will you collect from or deliver my bulky items to areas outside your standard London operating area?

If the collection or delivery address is within our standard coverage area, then please contact us on 07538 499 382 with full details.
